As of today (April 21), Moneybagg Yo has unveiled a new single entitled “Motion God.” The booming track is produced by Skywalker OG and T Head, and it demonstrates the Memphis native’s determination not to succumb to his opponents any time soon.
BenMarc and Moneybagg Yo created the visuals for the song by pulling clips from Hot Boyz and Big Tymers and re-creating classic Cash Money vibes. As the viewer can see in his video, the Collective Music Group-signed artist is seen wearing white t-shirts and bandanas as he and his crew are seen toasting and flexing money at one of the luxury homes in the area.
In 2021, Moneybagg Yo released his fourth studio album, A Gangsta’s Pain, which features a variety of guest vocalists including Jhené Aiko, Kaash Paige, Future, BIG30, Polo G, Lil Durk, and Pharrell Williams. In addition to reaching the top spot on the Billboard 200, this project was the first no. 1 for the “Wockesha” rapper. In the months following its initial release, fans were treated to a reloaded version of A Gangsta’s Pain, which featured seven additional tracks and featured collaborations with artists such as Yung Bleu, J Khaled, EST Gee, Dand Ashanti.
