Earlier this week (April 28), Lil Baby released a new single called “Go Hard,” which he first teased on his social media account in March of 2021 when he posted a video of him with James Harden. As mentioned, the booming cut was produced by Section 8, and it reveals the Atlanta rapper’s personal aspirations, trust issues, and more in an open and honest manner.

“The music video for “Go Hard” is brought to us by Never Panic Films, who have also provided an accompanying visual. A private party hosted by Lil Baby, complete with jet skis, libations and fireworks, is shown within the video, which includes several yachts and multiple yachts.

This past summer, fans had the opportunity to be treated to Lil Baby’s third studio album, It’s Only Me, an album that featured 23 tracks and featured guest appearances by Fridayy, Young Thug, EST Gee, Future, Rylo Rodriguez, and more. During its first week of release, the album went on to become the third No. 1 album in Quality Control talent’s career on the Billboard 200 chart, with 216,000 album-equivalent units sold, marking the third No. 1 for the talent. There is also a platinum certification mark to be added to It’s Only Me’s achievements. Lil Baby has been delivering hard-hitting bars on a number of songs since then, including DJ Drama “HO4ME,” Trippie Redd “DARK BROTHERHOOD,” Finesse2Tymes’ “If You Still Wit Me,” and Nardo Wick “Hot Boy.”
