This is the latest visual from Juicy J that continues to deliver dope visuals from his most recent project, Mental Trillness. In the new video he shared today (June 14), he delivers a visual for the La Chat-produced single “Deadbeat,” for which he also produced the single alongside Hitkidd and Crazy Mike. As the song progresses, the veteran Juicy J of Three 6 Mafia is seen having an argument with a former lover during that part of the track.

AnimatedByBen provided the animated video. There is a plethora of trippy imagery throughout the video, including Juicy J’s giant head protruding from a street and La Chat as seen in a Godzilla-like version.

As of March, 18 songs have been released on Mental Trillness, which includes contributions from K Carbon, Aleza, the late Gangsta Boo, Finesse2Tymes, and more. Among the album’s highlights is the piece on mental health, which is addressed directly in the skit titled “Mental Health Crisis.” “ If you find yourself affected by a mental illness and need support, you can dial the number 988, and you will be connected with trained counselors who are available to assist you,” an unknown voice is heard talking on the recording. “After that call, if you are still in need of assistance, those counselors will know how to direct you to additional resources. It’s like 911, but for your mental health.”

The release of Mental Trillness came on the heels of a string of well received releases in 2022, including Space Age Pimpin featuring Pi’erre Bourne, Stoner Night featuring Wiz Khalifa, and Crypto Business featuring Lex Luger & Trap-A-Holics. Furthermore, he has contributed to songs such as Conway the Machine and Sauce Walka “Super Bowl,” Snoop Dogg and DJ Drama “Been Smokin,” and Megan Thee Stallion “Southside Royalty Freestyle.”
