A round of congratulations is in order for R&B’s rising star Muni Long following her receipt of a platinum RIAA certification for her love-struck single, “Hrs & Hrs.” Amid the excitement, she released a new single, “Another,” which serves as the follow-up to the album that earned her her first platinum certification. According to the song’s lyrics, Muni warns her lover that if he doesn’t get his act together, he may simply become another man on her roster:
In the years since Muni Long’s EP became a success, she has continued to book and be very busy, providing the foundation for a successful year. She quickly gained a following due to her entrancing voice, pristine writing style, and smooth vibe following the release of her album Public Displays of Affection. It is safe to say that Sarah kept the momentum going with consistency visuals, beginning with “Time Machine,” which was followed by “IMU,” “To Do List,” as well as “Hrs and Hrs.” She then returned to the project to deliver the official remix for “Hrs and Hrs,” in which August Alsina has also been involved.
Most of her hits were written with her or she co-wrote them with her “Worth It” by Fifth Harmony, “California King Bed” by Rihanna, “Timber” by Pitbull, “Love So Soft” by Kelly Clarkson, and “A No No” by Mariah Carey. Muni long spent a great deal of time in the music industry and is now devoting all of her attention to pursuing her solo career.
