“Amen” features Young Roddy and Killer Mike.

Currently, he’s said to be finishing up Never Question God, a body of work that has already resulted in “Out The Hood” with Conway The Machine. The New Orleans rhymer also released “Amen” last week, a heavy collaboration with Killer Mike on which the two lyricists get real about a life of fast living:

The Atlanta rapper provided further explanation of the track and how collaborating with his Atlanta counterpart will work:

The purpose of this track is to motivate individuals to achieve the highest level of success for themselves, their families, and their teams. The inclusion of Killer Mike on the track is top notch. I view him as a legendary figure because he represents something much larger than music. I am deeply grateful for him.”

Roddy, who released the highly acclaimed EP God Family Money a few months ago, featured Jamaal, Smoke DZA, and Jet Life artist Curren$y. Previously, Roddy, Curren$y, and Trademark Da Skydiver put together the 12-song plan of attack this year. Face The World, Roddy’s latest official solo record, was released a year ago.
